Offshore Rigging Course Description

Fundamentals of Rigging (OE-001):
Rigging Trainer Development Course (OE-001): This is an eight hour course that discusses the fundamentals of rigging. It is designed for individuals rigging and lifting loads in offshore environments that must adhere to API RP 2D or regional standards. The ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) and Crosby recommendations are heavily addressed as well. This course also serves as a prerequisite for attending the day two (OE-003) course the following day. Rigging Trainer Development Course (OE-003):
Rigging Trainer Development Course (OE-003):This is an eight hour course and addresses fundamental and advanced rigging topics. It is designed for those individuals, who need more information to assist them in their training endeavors, or just need more advanced rigging knowledge for their occupations. To accomplish the educational objectives, we utilize team workshops and various exercises in a classroom environment. In order to attend this day two course, you must have attended course (OE-001) the day prior. Please refer to course agenda and or objectives regarding course (OE-003) for more detailed information.
