Although we have changed the lettering style over the years based on improvements in manufacturing methods, the style may also vary from size to size of product. As a result, visual differences in lettering are not always conclusive. However, there are additional product features that can be used to screen Crosby product for authenticity.
If you feel there is a question of whether a product is genuine Crosby, please email Crosby Engineering at crosbygroup@thecrosbygroup.com with a description of the product, capacity, size, and why the product is suspected to be counterfeit. Attach a photograph of the product if possible, or send a sample to:
