Field Applications Trainer

The Field Trainer is a new role and a critical element of Crosby’s end user outreach. This role is responsible for all aspects of operating the Crosby Safe Rigging Awareness truck across the US and Canada including conducting, safe rigging awareness demonstrations, sales calls, “tool box talks” and supporting training activities. In addition, the Trainer will be responsible for safe operation and maintenance of the demonstration truck, and managing replenishment of consumables. This role will require the associate to be on the road with the truck on a full-time basis moving from Crosby sales region to region including Canada, while supporting district sales managers through end-user outreach and site visits
