Highly motivated to instill and maintain a culture of safety awareness in all team members throughout the organization. Must have a passion to consult with and coach team members in effective ways to work safe and protect all team members. Responsibilities include training and program assistance for all safety, health, and environmental activities to ensure compliance with company, state and federal environmental health and safety policies and regulations. Conduct and document safety inspections, maintain safety training records, consult with team members to identify unsafe conditions, acts and procedures, as well as recommend corrective actions, and maintain safety equipment supply and availability.
