We currently have a Customer Service Rep Trainee/Customer Service Rep I position open in our Customer Service Department. Job duties for this position include, but are not limited to handling routine telephone calls from customers, handling customer correspondence and calls dealing with inquiries on existing orders, stock availability, orders and quotations, and trace shipments.
Knowledge and Skill:
Requirements of the position are typing with accurate and moderate speed of 40 wpm/125kpm. Good oral and written communication skills are required. One or more years’ experience in handling customer correspondence and telephone calls dealing with inquiries on existing phone orders, stock availability and quotations. Crosby general product knowledge required. Two years Business College preferred.
